将含有金属氧化锌和聚乙二醇的嵌段高分子抗静电剂 (DC)与阳离子可染聚酯 (CDPET)共混 ,制备抗静电阳离子可染涤纶。研究了DC对聚合物熔点和纤维强度的影响 ,考察了纤维的抗静电性、可染性和染色均匀性。结果表明 :DC的质量分数为 4 %时 ,纤维的比电阻小于10 9Ω·cm ,静电半衰期为 10s;DC含量增加 ,共混物熔点下降 ,纤维的断裂强度降低 ,上染率增大 ;DC的质量分数为4 %时 ,可实现常压匀染。
An antistatic cationic dyeable polyester is prepared by blending a block polymer antistatic agent (DC) containing metal zinc oxide and polyethylene glycol with a cationic dyeable polyester (CDPET). The effect of DC on the melting point and fiber strength of the polymer was investigated. The antistatic property, dyeability and dyeing uniformity of the fiber were investigated. The results showed that the specific resistance of fiber was less than 10 9 Ω · cm and the electrostatic half-life was 10 s when the mass fraction of DC was 4%. The DC content increased, the melting point of the blend decreased, the breaking strength of fiber decreased, Mass fraction of 4%, can achieve atmospheric pressure leveling.
