高强钢热冲压中的保压淬火时间对成形质量和生产效率有重要影响。文章通过高强钢U形梁连续热冲压实验,揭示保压时间和冲压周期数对成形质量的影响规律。结果表明,在该文实验条件下,随冲压周期数增加,U形梁两侧面的负回弹角增大,力学性能下降;连续冲压5次后,成形质量趋于稳定。随保压时间的增加,U型梁两侧面的回弹角均为较小负值且呈渐缓的减小趋势;各部位均获得了较充分的板条马氏体组织;氧化脱碳层深度和维氏硬度变化不明显;抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率总体呈缓慢增大趋势;U型梁底面和两侧面的金相组织、氧化脱碳层深度和力学性能无明显差异。
High-strength steel hot stamping in the holding pressure quenching time on the forming quality and production efficiency have a significant impact. Through the continuous hot stamping test of high-strength steel U-beam, the article reveals the influence of dwell time and stamping cycle number on forming quality. The results show that under the experimental conditions, with the increase of the number of stamping cycles, the negative rebound angle of both sides of U-shaped beam increases, and the mechanical properties decrease. After 5 times of continuous stamping, the forming quality tends to be stable. With the increase of dwell time, the rebound angles of both sides of U-beam are smaller negative and show a gradual decreasing trend; more lath martensite is obtained in all parts; Depth and Vickers hardness did not change obviously. Tensile strength, yield strength and elongation tended to increase slowly. There was no significant difference in the depth and mechanical properties of the microstructure and the oxidized decarburized layer between the U-shaped beam and the two sides.
