目的探讨白头翁对阴道毛滴虫氨基酸代谢的影响。方法采用浓度为0.625mg/ml白头翁水提液进行体外抗阴道毛滴虫实验,用氨基酸色谱测定仪检测白头翁作用后滴虫的氨基酸种类和含量变化。结果加药组阴道毛滴虫含16种氨基酸,与未加药对照组相同。加药组阴道毛滴虫氨基酸含量除蛋氨酸外均显著减少。结论白头翁可干扰阴道毛滴虫氨基酸的代谢。
Objective To investigate the effect of Pulsatilla on amino acid metabolism in Trichomonas vaginalis. Methods In vitro Trichomonas vaginalis aqueous extract at concentration of 0.625mg / ml was used to test Trichomonas vaginalis Trichomonas vaginalis Trichomonas vaginalis test by amino acid chromatographic instrument. Results Dosage Trichomonas vaginalis containing 16 kinds of amino acids, with the same drug control group. Trichomonas vaginalis addition of methionine amino acid content were significantly reduced outside. Conclusion Pulsatilla could interfere with the amino acid metabolism of Trichomonas vaginalis.
