藏政办发[2008]49号(二○○八年五月七日)各行署、拉萨市人民政府,自治区各委、办、厅、局:为全面落实《西藏自治区人民政府关于贯彻(国务院关于鼓励支持和引导个体私营等非公有制经济发展的若干意见)的实施意见》(藏政发[2005]37号),加强对我区鼓励支持和引导个体私营等非公有制经济工作的领导和组织协调,根据人事变动情况和工作需要,经自治区人民政府同意,对自治区非公有制经济发展工作领导小组组成人员进行调整。现将有关事项通知如下:
Administrative Office of the Tibet Autonomous Region Government [2008] No. 49 (May 7, 2008) Administrative Departments, Lhasa Municipal People’s Government, Autonomous Regions Committees, Offices, Offices and Bureaus: In order to fully implement the “Provisional Constitution of the People’s Government of Tibet Autonomous Region Opinions on the Implementation of Several Opinions on Encouraging, Supporting and Guiding the Development of Non-public-Owned Private Enterprises and Other Non-public Ownership Areas ”(CZF [2005] No. 37), and to strengthen the leadership and organization in encouraging encouragement and guidance for private-owned and non-public sectors of the economy in our district Coordination, according to changes in personnel and work needs, with the consent of the people’s government of the autonomous region, the autonomous region of non-public economic development leading group members to be adjusted. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
