观察采用涤纶心脏补片包裹羟基磷灰石（ＨＡ）义眼座置入的效果。方法 对已行眼球摘除的患者根据肌肉收缩点寻找直肌并制做４条直肌瓣，然后行ＨＡ义眼座眶内置入术。结果 本组共１３例，１１例一期愈合，２例前部球结膜和筋膜局部愈合不良，其中１例经单纯修复后愈合，另１例未经特殊治疗自行愈合。结论 用涤纶心脏补片包裹ＨＡ义眼座行二期眶内置入效果肯定，安全可靠、使用方便、价格便宜易得。
Observe the use of polyester heart patch wrapped hydroxyapatite (HA) implantation of the effect. Methods The patients who underwent enucleation were searched for rectus muscle according to muscle contraction point and 4 rectus flap was made. Then the HA phantom was inserted into the orbital wall. Results The group of 13 cases, 11 cases of primary healing, 2 cases of anterior bulbar conjunctiva and fascia local healing, of which 1 case was repaired by simple repair, the other 1 case without special treatment of self-healing. CONCLUSION: The second-stage orbital implantation of HA eyelids with polyester patch is safe and reliable, easy to use and cheap.
