雷米普利(ramipril)是新型的第二代血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂。作用强大持久且不良反应少。一次口服5mg或10mg后降压作用和血流动力学作用持续24h以上,故该药堪称治疗高血压和充血性心衰的满意药物。
Ramipril is a new second generation angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor. Strong and lasting effects with fewer adverse reactions. An oral 5mg or 10mg after antihypertensive effects and hemodynamic effects lasts more than 24h, so the drug can be considered as satisfactory treatment of hypertension and congestive heart failure drugs.
