In this paper, using electron microscopy and computer processing methods such as intrauterine exposure to low doses of methylmercury mouse brain after a long period of time changes were studied. The main lesions are: significant degeneration of nerve cells in the brain, loss, including cerebellar granule cells and Purkinje cells. Ultrastructural observation revealed that the mitochondria were swollen with vacuoles and myelin-like structures; the endoplasmic reticulum was broken into small vesicles; the lysosomes were significantly increased; and the nuclear membrane was thickened and unclear with obvious degeneration and necrosis of the cell processes ; Capillary basement membrane and glial membrane thickening, which means that the blood-brain barrier is damaged. The above changes in the third trimester of pregnancy mercury mouse performance is particularly prominent.
