中职语文是中职院校非常重要的一门基础课程,在所有课程中占据很大比例,中职院校教育工作是以培养复合性应用人才为目标的。因此,大多数学生都十分重视专科课的学习,忽视了语文基础课的学习,而且中职语文课程本身教学内容也缺乏职业性,实践性不强,没有在培养学生综合素质的过程中发挥自身价值。近年来,我国教育改革不断深入,对中职教学工作也提出了更高的要求。在这样的环境下,中职院校必须重视学生职业核心能力的培养,并以此为基础设定语文课程教学目标,把职业核心能力和语文教学工作相结合,寻找促进中职语文职业化发展的方法。基于此,本文笔者就职业核心能力的内涵以及中职语文教学中存在的一些问题进行分析,探讨整合虹之玉文教学与职业核心能力的有效策略。

Combining the core competencies of vocational education with Chinese teaching, it is necessary to find ways to promote the professional development of secondary vocational schools Methods. Based on this, the author analyzes the connotation of professional core competence and some problems in Chinese teaching, and discusses the effective strategies of integrating the jade teaching and professional core competence of rainbow.
