运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法对中小学体育教学中运动损伤的发生情况进行分析,从体育教学管理的角度对体育教学中存在的问题进行探讨,并提出相应的建议,旨在为实现体育教学科学化、减少体育教学中运动损伤的发生、保证教学任务的完成、促进学生身心健康发展提供参考。
By using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the paper analyzes the occurrence of sports injuries in PE teaching in primary and secondary schools, discusses the problems existing in PE teaching from the perspective of PE teaching management, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions. In order to achieve the scientific teaching of physical education, to reduce the incidence of sports injuries in physical education teaching, to ensure the completion of teaching tasks, and to promote the physical and mental health of students to provide a reference.
