本文主要目的在于研究应用鲍尔点(The Ball Point)理论的运动学性质;运用分析计算的方法求解四连杆机构连杆平面(即运动平面)上鲍尔点位置;借助电子计算机将给定机构在整个运动周期内所有的鲍尔点计算出来,在运动平面上绘出鲍尔曲线(The Ball Curve)。由于这种曲线是连杆平面上作直线运动精确度最高点的轨迹(对一般机收而言),因此应用这种方法能够设计具有较高直线运动精度的连杆直移机构。本文是根据作者在研究生期间所供写的学位论文选搞整理而成。这里仅是为了介绍和推广此种方法。因此欲更深一步了解这方面内容,可参阅原文以及文中所对附参考文献。
The main purpose of this paper is to study the kinematic properties of the theory using The Ball Point. The analytical method is used to solve the position of the Bauer on the plane of the connecting rod of the four-bar linkage (ie, the motion plane). With the help of the computer, The agency calculated all Bauer points over the entire exercise cycle, plotting The Ball Curve on the plane of motion. Because this kind of curve is the locus of the highest point of linear motion accuracy (in terms of general machine receiving) on the connecting rod plane, this method can be used to design a connecting rod directing mechanism with high linear motion accuracy. This article is based on the author’s graduate thesis for the dissertation selected for finishing. This is just to introduce and promote this method.
