对21例COPD患者采用缩唇呼吸(PLB)或缩唇呼吸加隔肌起搏器(PLB+EDP)在医师指导下进行呼吸锻炼治疗,并用耳血氧饱和度仅连续监测。其SaO2改善和呼吸频率(R)减慢与安静时比较均有显著性差异,数日后行重复试验得出同样结果。认为PLB及PLB+EDP可明显改善COPD患者的持续低氧血症,对预后有重要意义。
Twenty-one patients with COPD underwent respiration training with deflated lipoblasts (PLB) or deflated lipoblast and pacemaker (PLB + EDP) under the guidance of physician, and only continuous monitoring of auricular oxygen saturation was performed. SaO2 improvement and respiratory rate (R) slowed down compared with the quiet when there was a significant difference, a few days later to repeat the test to obtain the same result. That PLB and PLB EDP can significantly improve patients with persistent hypoxemia COPD, the prognosis of great significance.
