本文认为,物资流通产业的社会化和现代化,是一对既有着重要区别,又有一定联系的经济范畴。社会化是指物资流通产业专业化并面向社会服务,现代化则是指物资流通手段和组织管理技术达到现代先进水平。实现物资流通产业社会化和现代化,需要具备三个基本条件。一是社会公众应当普遍具备市场经济思想;二是国家应当确立以市场为中心的经济管理体制;三是物资流通部门应当具有强大的经营服务功能。文章联系我国实际,提出了推进物资流通产业社会化和现代化的三项具体对策。
This article argues that the socialization and modernization of the material circulation industry is an economic category that has both important and certain connections. Socialization refers to the specialization of material circulation industries and social services, while modernization refers to the means by which materials are circulated and the organizational management techniques reach the advanced modern level. To realize the socialization and modernization of material circulation industries, we must have three basic conditions. First, the general public should have the market economy ideology; second, the state should establish a market-centered economic management system; third, the material circulation department should have strong management and service functions. In connection with our country’s reality, the article put forward three specific measures to promote the socialization and modernization of material circulation industries.
