由于物质生活水平的提高,近几年青少年体质下降的情况引起了国家的关注。作为我国体育运动的优势项目——体操,虽然一直有很多人关注,但是真实的教育活动开展状况并不乐观。尤其是作为体操主要项目的器械体操,由于其存在危险性大、动作难等情况,致使器械体操的发展更不理想。通过器械体操的教学开展,能够有效提高学生身体的灵活性,全面发展学生柔韧、力量等身体素质,培养学生不畏艰辛、果断、勇敢的意志品质。这样的教育优势作用,不容忽视。研究通过对器械体操在中学的现状进行分析,着重了解影响器械体操在教学上的种种影响因素,提出一些建设性的建议,促进中学器械体操教学质量的有效提高,期望能够通过研究成果,为未来器械体操教育的开展提供理论帮助。
Due to the improvement of the material standard of living, the decline in physical fitness of adolescents in recent years has aroused the attention of the country. Although gymnastics, an advantage item of our country’s sports, has always attracted a lot of attention, the actual state of educational activities is not optimistic. In particular, gymnastic gymnastics, which is a major item in gymnastics, has resulted in a more unsatisfactory development of gymnastics because of its dangerous and difficult movements. Through the teaching of equipment gymnastics, it is possible to effectively improve the physical flexibility of students, and to fully develop students’ physical qualities such as flexibility and strength, and to cultivate students’ courage, decisiveness, and bravery. The advantages of such education can not be ignored. Through the analysis of the status quo of equipment gymnastics in middle schools, the study focused on understanding the influencing factors influencing the teaching of gymnastics in gymnastics and put forward some constructive suggestions to promote the effective improvement of gymnastic gymnastics teaching in middle schools. It is hoped that research results can be adopted for the future. The development of equipment gymnastics education provides theoretical assistance.
