青岛市国内招商工作连年持续快速发展,已呈现出内外资项目并驾齐驱的喜人局面。国内招商不仅给青岛带来雄厚的资金、先进的技术、优秀的人才、领先的管理和广泛的信息,而且促进了城市企业的资产重组和产业结构调整,盘活了存量资产,加快了商业零售、房地产、汽车销售等多种行业的发展。据统计,自1998年实施对内开放以来,青岛市实际利用内资累计达706亿元,先后有139家国内500强企业、数十家知名民营大企业,13家金融机构,数十家国家重点科研院所和大专院校在青岛设立了投资合作项目。国内招商在财源建设、增加就业、完善社会配套、推动产业集聚、推进全方位对外开放、提升城市核心竞争力等方面发挥了越来越重要的作用。
