目的:调查皮肤科护理人员手卫生依从性情况,分析手卫生依从性的影响因素,提出有效的改善措施。方法:采用调查问卷和现场观察相结合的方法,调查皮肤科32名护理人员的手卫生执行情况,评估手卫生知识的认知合格率,采样监测洗手质量。结果:皮肤科护理人员的总体手卫生依从率为52.5%;诊疗前手卫生依从性率为21.34%,手卫生知识的认知率为78.13%;洗手后平均带菌量为4.968cfu/cm2,显著低于洗手前的33.413cfu/cm2。结论:皮肤科护理人员对手卫生的认知度不高,应强化护理人员手卫生知识的培训,提高其洗手意识,规范手卫生监督,提高手卫生依从率。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the hand hygiene compliance of dermatologists and to analyze the influencing factors of hand hygiene compliance and propose effective measures for improvement. Methods: The method of combining questionnaire and on-site observation was used to investigate the implementation of hand hygiene of 32 nurses in dermatology, to evaluate the qualified rate of hand hygiene knowledge and to monitor the quality of hand-washing. Results: The overall hand hygiene compliance rate of dermatologists was 52.5%. The compliance rate of hand hygiene before treatment was 21.34%. The awareness rate of hand hygiene was 78.13%. The average amount of hand-washing was 4.968 cfu / cm2 Lower than 33.413cfu / cm2 before washing hands. Conclusion: The awareness of dermatology nurses on hand hygiene is not high. Training of hand hygiene knowledge of nurses should be strengthened to raise awareness of hand hygiene, standardize hand hygiene supervision and improve hand hygiene compliance.
