私营企业档案是指自主经营、自负盈亏的私营经济单位在经营管理、技术开发及产品生产活动中形成的有查考利用价值的文字、图表、录音、录像、照片等文件材料,是私营企业整体活动的记录。随着《档案法》和《中华人民共和国私营企业暂行条例》的颁布实施,大部分私营企业的档案工作,开始建立并逐步得到发展。但由于多方面原因,私营企业档案工作还存在很多问题。1、思想认识问题。目前,有许多私营企业还没有把档案工作纳入日程,只重视经济效益忽视档案工作,
