目的 :探讨丹参改善高血压及慢性心力衰竭等心血管疾病的药理机制。方法 :用牵张刺激离体培养心肌细胞 ,造成心肌超负荷 ,并通过免疫组织化学方法观察丹参对牵张诱导的心肌细胞NF κB激活的影响。结果 :牵张心肌细胞 1 0小时后 ,NF κB被激活 ;丹参抑制牵张诱导的心肌细胞NF κB的激活。结论 :研究结果提示丹参通过抑制NF κB信号传递系统的激活 ,引起细胞内有关分子表达调控机制改变 ,从而发挥其药理作用
Objective: To explore the pharmacological mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza in improving cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and chronic heart failure. Methods: Cardiac myocytes were isolated and cultured in vitro, which resulted in myocardial overload. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza on the activation of NF κB induced by distraction. RESULTS: After 10 hours of stretched cardiomyocytes, NF-kappaB was activated; salvia miltiorrhiza inhibited stretch-induced cardiomyocyte NF-κB activation. Conclusion: The results suggest that Salvia miltiorrhiza can inhibit the activation of NF-kappa B signaling pathway and induce the change of expression regulation mechanism of intracellular molecules.
