江苏省建安公司深圳一公司五处进驻深圳12年来,承建的138个竣工工程优良率为97.83%,并且先后有10项工程被评为深圳市优质样板工程,其中有7项同时被评为江苏省优质工程,深圳市中国人民银行大厦还获得国家建筑联合会颁发的“鲁班奖”.五处之所以能不断创建优质工程,主要作法有:一、靠深化教育添动力.质量是企业的生命,一时一刻不能放松,一丝一毫不能马虎.五处经常向广大职工反复宣传:“没有质量就没有市场”,“今天的质量就是明天的市场” 等质量观念.针对少数同志存在的“质量到顶” 和“创优吃亏”的思想,一方面讲形势,摆危机.做对比:一方面组织外出参观
Shenzhen Branch of Jiangsu Jian’an Company had five offices in Shenzhen for 12 years. The rate of construction of 138 completed projects was 97.83%. Ten projects have been rated as high-quality model projects in Shenzhen, of which seven were also rated as Jiangsu. Provincial Quality Project, the People’s Bank of China Building in Shenzhen also received the “Luban Award” from the National Building Federation. The reason why the five departments are able to continue to create quality projects is as follows: First, rely on deepening education to add momentum. Quality is the lifeblood of the company. You can’t relax at 1:00. Nothing can be sloppy. Five people often repeatedly advertise to the employees: “There is no market without quality,” and “Today’s quality is tomorrow’s market” and other quality concepts. The “Quality to the top” and “Quality to the top” exist for a few comrades. The idea of “giving you a good loss”, on the one hand, talks about the situation and puts the crisis in perspective.
