[目的]观察四君子汤联合常规放疗治疗食管癌疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例常规放疗治疗。治疗组40例四君子汤(人参去芦10g,白术、茯苓去皮各9g、甘草炙6g),研磨成细末药用15g,1剂/d,早晚口服;常规放疗治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、病灶直径、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。随访半年,观测满意度。[结果]治疗组CR10例,PR15例,SD10例,PD5例,总有效率62.50%。对照组CR5例,PR10例,SD11例,PD14例,总有效率37.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]四君子汤联合常规放疗治疗食管癌效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Sijunzi Decoction combined with conventional radiotherapy on esophageal cancer. [Methods] Using randomized parallel method, 80 inpatients and outpatients were divided into two groups according to random number table. Control group 40 cases of conventional radiotherapy. Follow-up six months, observation satisfaction. [Results] The treatment group CR10 cases, PR15 cases, SD10 cases, PD5 cases, the total effective rate was 62.50%. Control group CR5 cases, PR10 cases, SD11 cases, PD14 cases, the total effective rate was 37.50%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Sijunzitang combined with conventional radiotherapy has a significant effect on esophageal cancer and is worth promoting.
