有史以来力度最大的反垄断调查正让中国市场成为跨国公司的梦魇。《反垄断法》实施六年,最大罚单在8月20日开出,国家发改委对12家日企其处罚款12.354亿元,其中对日本住友等八家零部件企业价格垄断行为依法处罚8.3196亿元,对日本精工等四家轴承企业价格垄断行为依法处罚4.0344亿元。值得注意的是,这次反垄断案涉及到横向价格垄断协议,即具有竞争关系经营者之间达成的垄断协议,直接排除、限制了市场竞争。
