城市轨道交通运营初期,人们更多地依赖常规公交,而没有普遍接受轨道交通,这样将导致轨道交通客流量减少,不能充分发挥轨道交通的运输能力。从轨道交通线路和常规公交线路的重合程度的角度,以社会福利最大化为目标建立轨道交通和常规公交的定价模型,研究轨道交通和常规公交在不同时段票价和发车频率的问题,确定城市公共交通的价格体系以促进轨道交通与常规公交的协调发展,并通过实例验证模型的合理性。
In the early days of urban rail transit, people relied more on regular buses instead of rail transit. This would result in less rail traffic and less full transport capacity of rail transit. From the perspective of the coincidence degree of rail transit lines and conventional bus lines, the pricing models of rail transit and conventional public transport are established with the objective of maximizing social welfare. The fares and departure frequencies of rail transit and conventional buses at different time periods are studied. The price system of public transport is to promote the coordinated development of rail transit and conventional public transport, and the rationality of the model is verified through examples.
