2010年4月14日,青海省玉树自治州玉树县发生7.1级地震。地震发生后各路救援人员于第一时间从全国各地奔赴震区开展救援工作。玉树县境内平均海拔4 493.4 m,氧含量仅为平原地区的55%,气候寒冷干燥。由于救援任务紧急、体力消耗大、休息时间短,救援人员一时无法适应高海拔地区的状况,一些人出现程度不同的缺氧反应。我院自2010年4—5月共收治急性高原病患者43例。
On April 14, 2010, an earthquake of magnitude 7.1 occurred in Yushu County, Yushu Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. After the earthquake, rescue workers from all walks of life went to the earthquake area for rescue work all over the country in the first time. The average elevation of Yushu County is 4949.4 m, with oxygen content of only 55% of the plain area. The climate is cold and dry. Due to emergency rescue tasks, physical exertion, short rest periods, rescue workers temporarily unable to adapt to the situation at high altitude, some people have different degrees of hypoxia. In our hospital from April 2010 to April were treated 43 cases of acute altitude sickness.
