用带静电的滤膜测定粉尘浓度时,由于滤膜静电作用,对测定结果产生影响。我们用金属盒盖法消除滤膜本身的静电,可避免由静电作用而产生的误差。现介绍如下。材料与方法材料TG328A型分析天平,分度值0.0001g;测尘滤膜,Q=40mm,北京市劳保公司采购站经销;金属铝盒盖,上海日用化学品四厂生产的维尔夫牌油脂盒盖,Q=50mm,边沿高为4mm,壁厚约为0.2mm,重量为5.2860g。方法将滤膜放到称盘上称重,待数分钟后再称量,比较两次的称量结果,发现后次滤膜重量减轻。
