利用乳液聚合方法制备了水性聚苯胺(PANI)乳液,测试了乳液的平均粒径及聚苯胺的电导率,并对乳液进行了透射电镜(TEM)分析。再将该产物与水性环氧树脂乳液共混制备了水性聚苯胺/环氧树脂复合乳液(PA-NI/EP),通过开路电位(OCP),电化学交流阻抗谱(EIS),扫描电镜(SEM)和表面能谱(EDS)对其涂层性能进行了研究。结果表明,涂敷PANI/EP复合乳液涂层的金属表面形成了氧化膜,有效地阻止了腐蚀,涂层对A3钢具有较好的防腐蚀效果。
Aqueous polyaniline (PANI) emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization. The average particle size of emulsion and conductivity of polyaniline were measured. The emulsion was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The polyaniline / epoxy composite emulsion (PA-NI / EP) was prepared by blending the product with a water-based epoxy resin emulsion. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (ECP) SEM) and surface energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that the coating of PANI / EP composite emulsion coating formed on the metal surface oxide film, effectively prevent corrosion, the coating has a good anti-corrosion effect of A3 steel.
