美国的实验医学服务是以“GoodPatientCare”(以病人为中心提供全方位优质服务)的服务模式。这一模式具体体现在能为临床提供快速、准确、满足病人各种诊治需求的实验室服务。实验室以较高的人员素质、严格质量控制、科学的管理、完善的计算机网络服务、先进的仪器设备以及合理的空间布局来保证这一服务模式的良好运行。并在不断地改进中完善这一模式。其中科学的管理和完善的计算机服务是这一模式运行的核心。从上述模式中得到了深刻的启示,看到了差距。我国实验医学服务只有不断提高人员素质,加强实验室管理和计算机的普及应用,才能缩小与国外实验室医学服务的差距,改善和提高实验医学服务水平,使实验医学更好地为临床服务。
The American experimental medical service is based on the “GoodPatientCare” service model. This model is specifically embodied in laboratory services that can provide clinicians with fast, accurate, and satisfying patients’ various needs for diagnosis and treatment. The laboratory ensures the good operation of this service model with high personnel quality, strict quality control, scientific management, complete computer network services, advanced equipment and reasonable space layout. And constantly improve this model. The scientific management and perfect computer services are the core of this mode of operation. From the above model, we have gained profound insights and saw the difference. China’s experimental medical services can only narrow down the gap with foreign medical services, improve and enhance the level of experimental medical services, and make experimental medicine work better for clinical services.
