目的观察正常眼压下小切口白内障手术的疗效。方法将289例白内障手术患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。前者给予眼表麻醉,后者给予球旁浸润麻醉后压迫软化眼球,均统一采用小切口白内障囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术,观察两组患者手术后疗效。结果经统计学检验比较,两组手术前后视力提高幅度及并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论正常眼压下小切口白内障手术安全、快捷、疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of small incision cataract surgery under normal intraocular pressure. Methods 289 cases of cataract surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The former was given ocular surface anesthesia, which was given to the ball next to infiltration anesthesia oppression softens the eye, are unified with a small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation, the observation of two groups of patients after surgery. Results By statistical test, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of visual acuity and the incidence of complications before and after surgery (P> 0.05). Conclusion Small incision cataract surgery under normal intraocular pressure is safe, quick and effective and worthy of promotion.
