根据射孔器材耐高温高压试验装置的技术要求 ,设计了井式双循环电加热炉系统 ,建立了该加热炉炉膛传热过程的数学模型。通过仿真 ,分析了该加热系统工艺参数对沿程温度场分布均匀性的影响 ,为高精度控制该装置高温高压釜内的油温度起到了很好的指导和预测作用。在实际测量中验证了该模型计算的有效性 ,该模型对类似井式加热炉问题的研究具有一定的推广价值。
According to the technical requirements of high temperature and high pressure test equipment for perforation equipment, a well-type double-cycle electric heating furnace system was designed and a mathematic model of the furnace heat transfer process was established. Through the simulation, the influence of the process parameters of the heating system on the uniformity of the temperature field distribution along the process is analyzed, which plays a good guiding and predicting role for high-precision control of the oil temperature in the autoclave. The validity of the model calculation is verified in the actual measurement. The model has a certain promotion value for the research of similar well furnace.
