针对当前一些企业违反劳动法律法规,侵犯职工合法劳动权益的行为,此次修改后的《工会法》特别突出了工会的维护职责,也相应加大了工会的监督力度。
In response to some enterprises violating labor laws and regulations and violating the legitimate labor rights and interests of workers, the amended Trade Union Law promulgated the responsibility of safeguarding trade unions in particular, and also increased the supervision of trade unions.
