生物芯片技术已从较为成熟的基因芯片向其它芯片技术发展。多种芯片技术的结合,在寻找胶质瘤相关基因中具有各自的特点并互为补充。应用生物芯片技术已经发现了许多在胶质瘤中差异表达的基因,研究这些基因,对于阐明肿瘤的发病机制、寻找肿瘤标记物、开发新型抗肿瘤药物和个体化治疗具有重要意义。
Biochip technology has evolved from the more mature gene chip to other chip technologies. The combination of a variety of chip technology, looking for glioma-related genes have their own characteristics and complement each other. The use of biochip technology has found many genes that are differentially expressed in gliomas. The study of these genes is of great significance for elucidating the pathogenesis of tumors, finding tumor markers, developing new antitumor drugs and individualized therapies.
