舆情9月1日17时40分许,福建仙游盖尾镇一辆“乡村客运”车辆在杉尾村杉尾桥坠落,掉在溪岸边,事故造成2人死亡,其他人员不同程度受伤。通过此起校车事故,再次审视2013—2017年校车事故规律及特征,进行监测分析,发现校车事故发生原因复杂多样,人为因素、环境因素、天气因素以及意外因素均是导致事故发生的原因,其中人为因素占比较高。
Public opinion On September 1, 17:40, a passenger vehicle in the town of Houwei, Xianyou, Fujian, crashed into the Suixi Village at Suiwei Bridge and fell to the bank of the river. Two people were killed and two others were injured to varying degrees . Through this school bus accident, we reviewed again the rules and characteristics of school bus accidents from 2013 to 2017, conducted monitoring and analysis and found that the causes of school bus accidents are complex and diverse. Human factors, environmental factors, weather factors and unexpected factors are the causes of the accidents. Among them, Human factors accounted for a higher proportion.
