1 接种百、白、破三联疫苗致荨麻疹及变态反应性肺炎 女,1.5岁。接种精制浓吸附百、白、破三联疫苗0.2ml,6小时后出现荨麻疹,自头面始渐波及躯干、四肢,并有发热、咳嗽,体温38.6℃,全身皮肤潮红有散在荨麻疹,四肢局限性水肿,呼吸音粗糙;X线胸片示两肺门增大,两侧心膈区有片状淡薄阴影。予葡萄糖钙、地塞米松等治疗5天痊愈。(罗瑞华) 2 肌注辅酶A致变态反应 女,28岁。患结核性腹膜炎注链霉素出现中毒症状,予肌注辅酶A100u,2～3分钟后突感心慌、气急、紫绀,脉率120次,呼吸28次;即肌注非那根25mg,静注地塞米松10mg加于50％葡萄糖40ml内,约20分钟心慌气急缓解,但出现畏寒、寒战,肌肉疼痛,续滴10％葡萄糖加10％葡萄糖钙10ml,渐恢复。(周芝香)
