为了掌握食物中毒发生的规律以便采取有效措施,现将72起食物中毒的资料分析如下: (一) 历年食物中毒发生的情况 从1970年~1983年共发生食物中毒72起,中毒人数2197人(表1)。从发生月份看,每年从5月份开始;7、8月份为高峰,持续到10月份开始下降。1970年为发生最高年份,10起,203人;最低的是1983年为2起46人。14年的食物中毒发生趋势是稳中有降。 (二) 中毒的分类 72起食物中毒主要以细菌性食物中毒为主,为68起,占中毒总起数
