在我国,上市公司控股权更迭现象日渐普遍化,对证券市场发展的影响越来越大。从分析我国上市公司控股权更迭的动因和形式入手,并用实证定量的方法研究对控股权更迭及二级市场股价的影响。
In our country, the change of controlling ownership of listed companies is becoming more and more universal, and the impact on the development of the securities market is getting bigger and bigger. Starting from the analysis of the motivation and form of the change of controlling interest of listed companies in our country, this paper studies the effect on the change of controlling ownership and the secondary stock market price by empirical and quantitative methods.
