本文针对EQ140暖风机存在的噪声问题,进行了噪声源的分析,从而找出了暖风机噪声大的主要原因;同时,通过对影响暖风机噪声的一些因素的分析,为正确地采取噪声控制的措施提供了可靠的依据。本文还着重指出:在采取降低噪声措施时,务必要考虑到这些措施可能会给暖风机的工作性能带来的影响,两者之间应统筹兼顾。实践证明,采用永磁式电动机、降低旋转叶轮的转速和改用前向叶轮等综合措施,在控制暖风机的噪声和提高它的工作性能方面,都取得了较好的效果。
