1 卫生防疫信息通信网的建立和功能 传统的卫生防疫信息传递方式是经过邮寄到达对方,由于时间长,信件易丢失,已不能适应今天信息时代的要求。我们急需一种快速、方便、准确、行之有效的卫生防疫信息通信手段。黑龙江省于1995年开始创建全省卫生防疫信息通信网,它是由每个地、市级卫生防疫站的一台微机和调制解调器及一条电话线组成。利用CHINAPAC网,进行电话拨号上网,传至电子信箱,应用软件主要使用我们自己开发的疾病监测年报系统及国内最优秀疫情管理软件为核心,同时也可传送其他信息。网上人员经过专业培训于1996年开始运行,到目前为止,该网络运行正常,达
