本文以创新系统和复杂系统科学等理论为基础,构建了中国工业创新体系的金字塔结构,发现战略层、战役层、战术层和技战术层四个层面的创新合力正在推动中国工业的宏观创新活动。通过构建中国工业产品价值创造模型,阐释了战役层和战术层协同创新的内在机理,揭示了组织战役层创新是创造大宗产品价值重心的关键路径。最后,为政府和企业构建产品价值重心创造模式提出了对策建议,以期为中国工业创新管理提供决策参考。
Based on the theories of innovation system and complex system science, this dissertation constructs the pyramid structure of China’s industrial innovation system. It finds that the innovative combination of strategic level, campaign level, tactical level and tactical level is driving the macro innovation activities of China’s industry . By constructing the value creation model of China’s industrial products, this paper explains the internal mechanism of collaborative innovation at the campaign level and tactics level, and reveals that the innovation at the organizational level is the key path to create the value center of mass products. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the government and enterprises to build the model of product value center of gravity, with a view to providing decision-making reference for China’s industrial innovation management.
