“十三五”时期,京津冀协同发展上升为国家经济社会发展的重大战略,河北省在区域发展中的地位和作用凸显。深入河北有关部门和企业调研发现,当前河北供需两侧呈现积极变化,发展效益和环境质量有所提升。与此同时,部分指标增速有所回落,动能转换面临新的机遇和挑战;钢铁企业产能结构优化中见效益,走出去初见成效;资金压力加大,金融支持实体经济亟待加强。下一步,应加大对新经济新动能转换的支持力度,加快编制重点行业国际产能合作布局规划,引导金融支持实体经济,继续加强招商引资力度。
During the period of “13th Five-Year Plan”, the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei rose to a major strategy of national economic and social development. The status and role of Hebei Province in regional development were highlighted. In-depth Hebei departments and enterprises found that the current supply and demand in Hebei showed a positive change on both sides, development efficiency and environmental quality has improved. At the same time, the growth rate of some indicators dropped somewhat, and the conversion of kinetic energy is facing new opportunities and challenges. Benefit is seen in the optimization of the capacity structure of steel enterprises and initial results are achieved when going out. The financial pressure is intensified and the financial support for the real economy needs strengthening. In the next step, we should increase support for new kinetic energy conversion in the new economy, speed up the preparation of plans for the international capacity-production cooperation in key industries, guide the financial sector to support the real economy and continue to step up investment promotion efforts.
