“还本”与“回归”是回首我国中小学音乐教育近百年的历程而提出的一种认识。在实施素质教育的今天,它们是以教育为适应社会对人才的需求为出发点;以学生对音乐教育的要求为能力线索;以音乐学科的教学规律为实质线索而提出的。
“Reimbursement ” and “Regression ” are a kind of recognition put forward by looking back the history of music education in primary and secondary schools in our country for nearly one hundred years. In today’s implementation of quality education, they are based on education to meet the social needs of personnel as a starting point; students’ ability to music education as a clue; teaching law of music as a substantive clues and made.
