现行针对大学生入党积极分子的考察主要是通过党建联系人向发展对象所在班内同学、班干部等征集意见,上层党组织找发展对象谈话等形式来进行考察的。但组织部门和上层党组织由于人力限制很难深入群众中去广泛了解情况。主要是通过党建联系人的书面材料来考察了解发展对象的,而且上层党组织指定人找发展对象谈话,有些问题很难深入了解学生思想动态。使部分积极分子没有得到充分考察便发展进入了党组织,导致学生党员的质量难以得到保证。因此高校学生党建工作面临着新情况、新任务,高校学生党员的建设在整个党的建设中的重要性也更加突出。
The current investigation of college students’ activists joining the party is mainly conducted through such forms as party building contacts soliciting opinions from classmates and class leaders in the classes where they are established, and talking with top party organizations to develop their own people. However, it is difficult for the organizational departments and the upper-strata party organizations to reach out to the masses extensively because of manpower constraints. Mainly through the party’s contact information to examine the development of the object, and the designated party of the upper party organizations to talk to the development of objects, some problems are difficult to understand in-depth understanding of student thinking. So that some activists have not been fully investigated and developed into the party organization, resulting in the quality of student party members can not be guaranteed. Therefore, the construction of college students is facing new situations and new tasks. The construction of student party members in colleges and universities is even more prominent in the party building.
