男性尿道狭窄是下尿路梗阻的主要原因,临床上有不少病例,由于多次手术失败,或炎症感染造成了范围十分广泛的长段狭窄,从而成为治疗上的困难问题,1953年Johanson首先根据Denis—Bro—wn修补尿道下裂的原理,对前尿道广泛长段狭窄先行尿道切开,二期修补成功。1960年Turner又用阴囊皮肤先行尿道切开,二期修补尿道球部及膜部广泛长段狭窄成功,1968年,Blandy又应用阴囊皮瓣修补较深的尿道长段狭窄成功,我院对治疗困难的长段狭窄患者8例,应用尿道切开,二期修补手
