天蓝水清地净的黑龙江省建三江国际绿色产业示范区位于黑龙江省东部,三江平原腹地,系黑龙江、松花江、乌苏里江三江汇流的河间地带。地处东经132°31′38″—132°32′19″,北纬46°49′47″-48°12′58″之间,总面积1.23万平方公里。拥有耕地面积595万亩,可垦荒地406万亩,林地211万亩,牧草地211万亩,水面75万亩,苇塘15万亩。拥有15个大中型国有农场.总人口20万人。拥有固定资产总值23亿元,农业机械总动力60.7万千瓦,大中型拖拉机3637台,大中型联合收获机962台,水稻插秧机235O台,挖掘机69台,农用机场13处,各种运输车辆2125台。
