目的 观察烧伤方外涂治疗烧伤的疗效。方法 380例烧伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 2 0 0例 ,创面用烧伤方煎液外涂 ;对照组 1 80例 ,创面用京万红软膏外涂。 2组病人除创面用药不同外 ,其它治疗方法相同。治疗期间观察烧伤创面成痂时间、创面愈合时间、用药后创面感染情况、创面修复情况及药物的副作用以判断疗效。结果 总治愈率治疗组为 98.0 % ,对照组 71 .7% ,经统计学处理 ,2组间差异有极显著性 (χ2 =53.0 7,P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 烧伤方治疗烧伤疗效显著
Objective To observe the curative effect of external burns on burns. Methods 380 cases of burn patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group of 200 cases, the wound was treated with a decoction of burned decoction; the control group was 180 cases, and the wound was externally coated with Jingwanhong ointment. The two groups of patients had the same treatment except for the wounds with different medications. During the treatment period, the time of blemish formation, the time of wound healing, the condition of wound infection, the condition of wound repair, and the side effects of drugs were observed to judge the curative effect. Results The total cure rate was 98.0 % in the treatment group and 71.7% in the control group. After statistical analysis, the difference between the two groups was extremely significant (χ2 = 53.0 7, P <0. 0 0 1). Conclusion Burns have a significant effect on the treatment of burns
