全球经济一体化的发展,促使高校国际化成为一种必然趋势,我国高校国际化已经成为我国高校改革发展的主题。高校图书馆作为高校信息的集合体,有效地保障着高校教育教学、科研等活动的正常开展,是高校国际化进程中的必经之路。本文深入阐述了高校国际化的趋势、高校图书馆在高校国际化中的重要地位,并提出了提升高校图书馆馆员职业素养的具体途径。
The development of global economic integration has impelled the internationalization of colleges and universities to become an inevitable trend. The internationalization of colleges and universities in our country has become the theme of the reform and development of universities in our country. As a collection of university information, university library effectively protects the normal operation of university education, teaching and scientific research, which is the only way for university internationalization. This article elaborates the trend of university internationalization, the importance of university library in the internationalization of colleges and universities, and puts forward the specific ways to enhance the professional accomplishment of college library librarians.
