Founded in 1970, Jilin Shenzhou Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jilin Carbon Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Central Government under the management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council - China National Steel Corporation. The company passed the quality management system certification in 2006, passed the certification of ISO9001: 2008 in 2010, and has re-certified so far. In 2012, it obtained the qualification of the second-class enterprise of national standardization of safety in production.
