目的探讨应用定量组织速度成像(QTVI)技术评价早期系统性红斑狼疮(ESLE)患者左室长轴收缩功能的意义。方法12例ESLE患者与13例正常人行常规超声心动图检查和QTVI检查,应用QTVI技术离线分析室间隔、侧壁、前间隔、后壁、前壁、下壁处二尖瓣环速度曲线,测定二尖瓣环各节段收缩期峰值速度(Vs),并计算其平均值(AVs)。结果ESLE患者与正常人常规超声心动图各指标间差异无显著性意义,ESLE患者各节段Vs和AVs均较正常人显著降低。结论ESLE患者左室长轴收缩功能受损。左室长轴收缩功能是评价SLE患者心脏受累的敏感指标。
Objective To investigate the significance of using quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI) to evaluate the long axis systolic function in patients with early systemic lupus erythematosus (ESLE). Methods 12 patients with ESLE and 13 normal subjects underwent routine echocardiography and QTVI examination. QTVI technique was used to analyze the mitral annulus velocities curve at ventricular septum, lateral wall, anterior septum, posterior wall, anterior wall and inferior wall by QTVI technique. Mitral annulus systolic peak velocity (Vs), and calculate the average (AVs). Results There was no significant difference between the indexes of conventional echocardiography in ESLE patients and normal subjects. The Vs and AVs in each segment of ESLE patients were significantly lower than those in normal subjects. Conclusions ESL patients have impaired left ventricular long axis systolic function. Left ventricular long axis systolic function is a sensitive indicator of cardiac involvement in patients with SLE.
