发展创新型经济是当前江阴乃至苏南经济转型的重要战略方向,而创新型企业是创新型经济的主体和基础。本文以2006年被国家科技部、国务院国资委、中华全国总工会评定为全国首批103家国家创新型企业之一的法尔胜泓昇集团为例,探讨其建设创新型企业的发展阶段和发展特征,并从企业案例出发延伸出对企业和区域两个层面双向互动发展创新型企业和创新型区域经济的机理以及对策探讨。
Developing an innovative economy is an important strategic direction for the current economic restructuring in Jiangyin and even in southern Jiangsu. Innovative enterprises are the mainstay and foundation of an innovative economy. This article takes the Farnese Hongsheng Group, one of the first batch of 103 national innovative enterprises evaluated by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the SASAC of the State Council and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions as an example in 2006, to discuss the development stage of building an innovative enterprise and Development characteristics and starting from the case of enterprises to extend the mechanism of two-way interaction between enterprises and regional development of innovative enterprises and innovative regional economy and countermeasures.
