本实验观察了 N,N’-己撑双(β-吡啶酰胺)对小白鼠精子发生的影响。给小白鼠一次灌药(3亳克/只)以后,第4天睾丸曲细精管生精细胞变性,7天有明显坏死,其作用先损及精子细胞,其次为精母细胞,附睾管内精子也随之消失,从组织结构判断已具有抗生育效果。灌药后21天重现精母细胞,60天时见部分曲细精管内具有精子,表明停药后功能可以恢复。本药效果比已知二胺类药物和棉酚等为迅速,而且使用方便。
