目的研究深圳某私营企业工人的亚健康发生情况,为防治亚健康提供科学的依据。方法采用整群抽样及现场调查的方式,向深圳某私营企业1825名工人发放亚健康状态流行病学调查问卷,以文献回顾、专家讨论的方法确立亚健康的诊断标准,将合格问卷录入Epidata 3.02,并对调查结果进行χ2检验及Binary Logistic回归分析。结果共有1773份合格问卷,其中1104例处于亚健康状态,亚健康状态现患率为62.3%。Logistic回归分析结果表明,对工作能力的满意程度、加班、有精力做事情、饮食偏嗜、对现状满意程度等5个因素与该私营企业工人亚健康状态的发生有关(P<0.05)。结论亚健康现患率高,关注和解决工人的亚健康问题势在必行。
Objective To study the sub-health status of workers in a private enterprise in Shenzhen and provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of sub-health. Methods A total of 1825 workers from a private enterprise in Shenzhen were surveyed by means of cluster sampling and field survey. Sub-health diagnostic criteria were established by literature review and expert discussion. The qualified questionnaires were entered into Epidata 3.02 , And the results of χ2 test and Binary Logistic regression analysis. Results A total of 1773 qualified questionnaires, of which 1104 cases were in sub-healthy state, sub-health prevalence was 62.3%. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that there were 5 factors related to the sub-health status of the private-owned workers (P <0.05), such as satisfaction with work ability, overtime work, effort to do things, dietary preference and satisfaction with the status quo. Conclusion Sub-health prevalence rate is high, concern and resolution of workers’ sub-health problems is imperative.
