2013年7月12日,我们迎来了国务院颁布《关于抓紧研制重大技术装备的决定》三十周年。当天,国务院重大技术装备办原副主任董必钦老人接受新华网国家重大技术装备网以“中国装备制造30年--国产化之路”为主题的在线采访,受到广大网友的关注。回顾和总结历史,是为了更好地建设现在和开辟未来。董必钦老人在《装备制造》杂志就我国北煤南运工程中的重大技术装备自主化、国产化情况做专题论述。由于文章较长,本刊分上、中、下三期连载,本期刊登第三部分。
On July 12, 2013, we ushered in the 30th anniversary of the State Council promulgated the “Decision on Grasping the Development of Major Technical Equipment.” On the same day, Dong Biqin, the former deputy director of the State Council’s major technical equipment office, accepted the online interview of Xinhua’s national major technical equipment network with the theme of “China Equipment Manufacturing for 30 Years—Localization Road”, which attracted the attention of the majority of netizens. Dong Biqin’s senior man made a special discussion in the “Equipment Manufacturing” magazine on the status of major technological equipment autonomy and localization in the North Coal South Transportation Project in China.
