本文对多球训练方法在少儿弧圈球技术训练中的应用展开探讨。提出弧圈球技术训练的阶段任务和方法,同时针对其技术特点提出了相应原则,为少儿的弧圈球技术训练提供理论参考。
This article discusses the application of multi-ball training method in the training of children’s arc circle ball. Proposed mission and method of arc-circle technique training, and put forward corresponding principles according to its technical characteristics, which provide theoretical reference for the training of arc-circle ball technique of children.
